A. Unfortunately, the Club is unable to replace lost vouchers.

Q. When does my M&S voucher expire?

A. Vouchers expire 24 months after issue unless stated.

Q. When will my M&S voucher arrive? 

A. Vouchers will arrive within 5 working days.

Q. Where can I use my M&S Voucher? 

A. Your M&S Voucher can be used online or in all M&S stores in the UK.

Q. What if my vouchers can’t be delivered?

A. Our standard procedure includes two attempted deliveries for your vouchers. If delivery is unsuccessful on both attempts, we regret to inform you that we are unable to resend the vouchers.
