Holkham Pop-up Campsite
Holkham Hall, Norfolk

Your pop-up campsite partner

Having run large events for its members over the years, the Club has developed a significant infrastructure and capability that can be used for building and managing temporary campsites of any scale.

The Club has used its pop-up campsite capabilities to provide the very best campsites at some of the UK’s most prestigious venues and events. From a 144-pitch campsite at Blenheim Palace and a 350-pitch campsite at BBC Countryfile Live, one of the hottest family festivals, to our own Clubfest with over 2,000 outfits. The Club has a unique ability to plan, manage and market Pop-up campsites.

We have also run campsites for some of the UK’s leading visitor attractions, such as Blenheim Palace, Holkham Hall, and the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu.

Our industry leading expertise means the Club is in the privileged position to hold a Certificate of Exemption from Natural England, which entitles the Club to run a temporary campsite for up to 28 days without the usual Local Government restrictions. This is held by the Club because of our faultless reputation as Europe’s Largest Touring organisation and means we will only provide the very best campsites.

The Club can manage the whole process, including site operations, on-site management, security, bookings and marketing. We can also source all additional facilities such as toilet or shower units. With close to 1 million members, the Club’s can also promote events and festivals to its own member base, which is an invaluable resource to event organisers.

The Club has the perfect platform and expertise to manage the the complete booking process. With a tried and tested dedicated booking system and expert distribution centre, we can manage the whole process.

Supported by our members and multiple communication channels there is no better place to market a pop-up campsite. We actively include marketing to our members as an added-value service to any major event. In 2019 our members made up over 60% of campsite attendees at major festivals.

Entertainment, activities and catering

We want to provide the perfect stay to all our guests and will look to go that extra mile to ensure their stay is memorable. All our campsites can offer activities such as yoga and Tai-chi classes and/or evening entertainment – we’re happy to work with you to create something special that your audience will love.

We can also source and manage on-site catering or work with on-site suppliers to make sure we provide guests with everything they could want and help support local businesses.

Outdoor activities

We work with partners/organisers to introduce activities to venues, and also new audiences. At four of our recent Club events we ran CycleFest – a series of on road and off road cycling courses. On road courses of between 50-80kms attracted over 500 riders and our family friendly track and trail courses attracted up to 400 participants at each location.

We have partnerships with many major outdoor brands, whether through the Club or as part of specific activity events.

Our relationships have also included major sponsorships from caravan, motorhome, campervan and car manufacturers. These relationships enable us to offer major prizes to incentivise attendance.
